Need a Loan But Have Bad Credit in Meridian, ID

I have poor credit and am in need of a $3000 loan to pay off my payday loan debt. I want to pay off all my lenders and have one affordable monthly payment (I am paying $435/month in interest charges alone and it is killing me!) I am looking for someone (personal or business) that is willing to carry this loan at 25% interest for 18 months. I have a 6 year established residence and can provide excellent references. I am willing to set up monthly payments to the lender directly from my checking account on the 3rd of every month, when my SSI checks are deposited. Anyone who can help should contact me.
